Involved … Locally | Regionally | Nationally | Internationally
FishEye is heavily invested in the local community. As a major donor to the Maynard public library renovation, the library’s “Children’s Desk” and one other library facility now proudly display the FishEye logo. And, through both financial support and company volunteerism, FishEye sponsored creation and continues to support the Holliston High School Robotics Club, which has attracted and sustained high student interest in STEM projects and now competes annually at the state and national level. FishEye centric bluegrass band entertains community and industry events.
Since incorporation in 1997, FishEye, has made significant contributions to our nation’s defense, delivering revolutionary products and services to a host of federal agencies including DoD, Home Security, FAA, and the intelligence community. FishEye’s software provides non-intrusive access to real-time systems to expose engineering data enabling transformative capabilities such as real-time analysis, automated validation, and secure remote system diagnostics. The first of kind software assists the FAA & DoD (Air Force/MDA/Army/Navy) to speed the resolution of system defects, accelerate system validation, and reduce reoccurring operational costs by reducing the time and simplifying access to system information. A Fisheye second technology, called the Virtual Receiver Exciter (VREX), provides real-time high fidelity radar simulation using off-the-shelf hardware. VREX reduces radar development and sustainment costs with more and higher fidelity testing in the lab and reducing expensive and time consuming test at site, flight, or sea. These FishEye technologies enable federal agencies and the defense industry to drastically lower costs and risks while improving real-time systems performance.
Unique, technological advances like these are hallmark FishEye; testimony to its notable contributions to national security which led to back-to-back nominations (2013/2014) for the Smaller Business Association of New England (SBANE) Award for Innovation. Its proven commitment to quality, ethics, customer responsiveness, value, outstanding engineering service and inventive spirit led Raytheon, the largest defense company in Massachusetts, to award FishEye its 2013 Gold Supplier award and nominate FishEye again for this prestigious award in 2014.
FishEye also values its employees above corporate self as evidenced by high retention rates and a “killer” employee-centric benefits package of competitive wages, flexible hours, professional training, tuition reimbursement, profit sharing, 401K matching, health care, various team building activities, and real commitment to diversity (epitomized by being among the first to offer same sex benefits to qualifying employees).
