Principal & Program Manager of New System Development & Modernization
Marc Brown serves as principal and program manager of new system development and modernization. His leadership includes supervision of project teams, management of assignment of roles within the team, accountability to both the client company and to Fisheye leadership, and business development for future embedded projects. Marc has dedicated his career to defense, public safety and scientific systems. Marc has over 25 years of experience in software development leadership including all phases of the projects from requirements to on-site integration and test.
Previously, Marc was a Project Manager at a software consulting firm and at defense companies such as Raytheon, TRW, and GE. He has led software projects for ground and sea based and phased array radars such as UEWR (Upgraded Early Warning Radar), SRP (Surveillance Radar Program), and CJR (COBRA Judy Replacement) and for air traffic control programs, both domestic and international.
Marc attended Boston University’s Metropolitan College in Boston, Massachusetts where he studied Computer Science and served in Signals Intelligence and Electronic Warfare while in the United States Marine Corp.
